We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your shipment. To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
To initiate a return:

- We will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Exceptions:
Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or negligence are not eligible for a refund. Sale items are final sale.
